Dave & Buster's Springdale - Cincinnati

Nice place, food was delicious. Seem like all the employees was on they phone when we walked up...

Not a great experience at all. Nightmarish even. Everything was good till the end. After spending $250 in food and games. As I was leaving found that they gave away my drivers license to some random person that looked nothing like me at rental return. Had to file a police report. Never got an apology. Had to call the next morning to learn the random guy returned it then drive 30 miles one way again to pick it up. Still no apology. Glad they found it but needless to say, this is my last visit here.

You know you always have a good time at Dave & Buster's plenty of food plenty of parking space plenty of people nice friendly but be careful cuz he can get a little rowdy plenty of kids as you know big kids little kids old kids middle-aged kids it's awesome Parking: You know Dave & Buster's have plenty of parking just come on in and remember where you parked because it's a big parking lot wheelchair accessibility friendly nice where the food is is pretty clean but it's a mess because the kids playing everywhere big kids little kids old kids they trying to play not clean up but after that it's a nice place stop on by when your bored have nothing to do let the kid in you come out stop in at Dave & Buster's let the energy out Kid-friendliness: Just going to have fun it's kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs

Only one bar open and only one bartender at the one that was open had long waits for ordering drinks and longer for getting them that's terrible for a Friday night

I loved the playing the games after dinner. Kid-friendliness: It was definitely kid and family friendly.

Most of the two player games were inoperable, and there was trash on the floor. It also seamed like they were very understaffed so trying to get someone to fix any thing wasn't an option.

Celebrated my daughters birthday with some friends. Spent hours playing games, ate dinner. Was a nice meal not rushed. Overall nice place to go. A decent selection of games. Takes a while to earn enough tickets on most games.
