So the food was ok but there was only one server. we were not happy how much money we spend we spent $268.24 at this place and the waiter kept pushing for a bigger tip when people spend that much money please don't push for a bigger tip we gave him a $5.00 and pay out $288.32 We also waited a half an hour to get our food and by time we got it it was cold I don't think we'll go back there to eat but the kids like the games We are family of five He was asking about a $20 tip We can afford to give $20 tip That's why we gave him a $5 tip as much as money we spend there I was told that you pay 15% of the bill that's their tip in that case it would have been $15.00 we would have went over it would have put us at $300 bill wow that's a lot of money Crispy chicken cobb salad! cold! Pepperoni pizza kids menu! cold! Bacon burger! cold! Chicken tenders on the kid menu! Cold! Cheeseburger almond kids menu! Cold!
Honestly, for my first visit, I was very impressed, and the food was fantastic. The idea of this is like chucky cheese but with adults in mind. I very much enjoyed it.
An expensive disappointment
I have never been to D and B and wasn’t impressed. The level they have put into this place should be reflected in its food and service and it fell flat. From a single chicken strip on my chicken sandwich to lackluster service, it was underwhelming. The deep fried pickles were massacred in the deep fryer and salty as the Red Sea.
We had an issue with our food, but the manager and staff went above and beyond. They were so nice and understanding. Thank you to all the kind staff!
