I orderd a delivery and one of my items were missing the woman on the other end of the phone was rude and not at all helpful the food is amazing but the customer service and experience really needs looked at and improving

Really rude lady in the back preparing the food. Felt so sorry for the young girl who had to apologise on her behalf. When my husband and I went in we were charged an extra £6.50 to eat in and not even told about it. Says on menu eating in charge but does not state how much. When we said if it’s that much we will takeaway the old rude lady in the back said well we can’t refund you and if your not eating in get out! Thank god my husband had not pressed enter on the card machine so we were not charged. Horrible lady, day light robbery.
