DAN HUE Cafe is a celebration of the spirit and vivid flavors of Southeast Asia, in the heart of one of America’s largest and most diverse cities. Our Chefs have a passion for the culinary traditions from Asia while added contemporary touches help to create a menu that balances classic Vietnamese and Chinese comfort foods, with delicate fusions of Asian cuisine to create reasonably priced Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese dishes which celebrate the street food culture of Southeast Asia.
