I honestly will not ever order from BBQ again. Specifically, this store on Livingston. They messed up my order early this year, I was told I will be credited. Called 2 weeks later just for them to tell me there was no credit to my account. Finally, remembered the Manager who told me I will be credited, he told me the credit was there but accused me of not communicating with his employees well enough for them to find my account and see it. Mind you I speak English very well and I have common sense. They put some dumb girl name Jessica on the phone to take my order. This girl act like she don't hear me. I am aware that sometimes there is music in the background and phones do act up, so I did excuse it a few times although there was no music playing. I specifically told her I want a delivery and I understand payment HAS to be made over the phone. It took her literally 20minutes just to collect payment. When I finally told this dummy to have them delivery it to the house and Ill pay them when they get here she told me "oh payment has to be done over the phone". I slightly forgot about that but she made me so made that I just wanted her to get off the phone. So technically she do hear me. Anyway, a lady with a accent comes on the phone and hears me perfectly. Mind you I was not placed on hold and the Manager told me 2 girls are working the front. 3 mins with this lady and payment was done. So, I believe because I had $6 worth of credit they did not really want to deliver the food or hoping I would be let them keep my money. This was just for there ranch dressing that I ordered earlier in the year and did not receive. Oh and hell no I did not eat that ranch dressing.
