Service not bad Food not bad

Order a cake. Asked for double crunch filling. Got a call not even 10 minutes after placing the order online. Was told I would be charged more money. No problem. Picked up today. Just cut it and there isn’t double. Hardly any filling at all and very uneven.

I come here when the Homewood, IL Dairy Queen location is closed. Parking: There is a parking lot right outside the store. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair entrance to the store.

Poor customer service. The larger issue pertains to unsanitary concerns. Employees allowed to work without shoes. Highly unacceptable in food service.

I ordered 2 mini blizzards (Cake Batter & Oreo Brookie). The people who were working til close were handing out incorrect orders to every customer there. I even asked the them to double check that my order was correct & they assured me it was. I got home and they were regular cookie dough & regular Oreo. Very disappointing.
