Long wait. Place was busy, but wait was unusually long. We loved our treats though

I am disappointed in this location. I have been coming here and I’m not sure I’ll come back after the experience with staff tonight. After paying for a large MINT Oreo blizzard, I received a large Oreo blizzard. I was really in store to get a free cone but was told the promotion was on in the states only. I made the mistake of choosing to buy from this location, I should have just went home. Instead I wasted $9, and was given attitude as I asked for them to make the blizzard mint Oreo. They proceeded to put mint syrup in and didn’t not re-blend the ice cream. What is this… Shown in the picture provided, my ice cream looks like a Tyde-Pod. Does it look appetizing to you? I asked them if they can just make me a new one but that wasn’t possible apparently. Not worth the frustration to come back to a location with lazy service and poor quality in their ice cream.

My partner and I come to this location frequently and we never experience any issues. Our order is always perfect and the staff is always friendly. Rupinder and Kashish are the employees that typically serve us and they are always professional and friendly. Unfortunately on our visit tonight there was an irate customer who was complaining about a cake purchase. (Even though she ended up leaving with the cake) She was yelling at the staff and the staff remained calm and engaged with the customer professionally. I am leaving this review to note that the staff here have always been great and the way they handled that situation very well. The customer advised they would be leaving a bad review but from what I gathered, there wasn’t anything done wrong and the situation was handled appropriately.

Customer service is very poor. Asked to make a regular blizzard Royal. Other locations do it without any questions but you get all sort of excuses here. Milton location is much better than this one.

The young lady who worked Sunday at around 3:30pm demonstrated impeccable service! She presented herself very professionally and was super patient with all of the customers. I've never had anyone as kind as her serve me at this location. Such a friendly smile!! Keep being amazing!! :)

I went in today at 9.52pm and the store was closed as it shows open till 11pm on google and 10pm on your poster. If you really want to close early then keep it shut permanently why are you wasting people time if you don’t want to fo business. Losers at their best
