Dairy Queen (Treat)

This Dairy Queen is very rude! They do not allow any use of coupons and they advertise food that they don’t sell at this location. Very disappointing!

Ordered a single Buster Bar, when I opened the package the bar was completely crushed and you can tell it had not been kept frozen. It was a complete waste of money.

Quiet on a Friday night, so it made for nice to visit with my family! great ice cream and excellent service!

I noticed a trend at this location… noticed the good reviews vs bad reviews and the people that wrote them.. I feel like they would smile and be more costumer friendly if I wasn’t a… well you know. save money and go to Publix

We stopped to enjoy a chocolate cone dipped in s cherry, a mocha shake and an Oreo shake. All three were great. While we were eating our sweat treats, the male employee was talking to some non-customers who appeared to be friends and started say F-this and F-that about a girl who was in Orlando. After dropping the f-bomb nearly 20 times, my daughters (ages 7 and 9) asked if we could go outside because of the bad language of the guy working behind the counter. Unfortunately, I did not get his name however I am sure it will not be hard for the manager to determine which guy was working when he was the only one. For clarity, it is Sunday, August 20 at 8:17 pm. Extremely disappointment. Another guest commented to me as well.

you should probably make sure your employees know your products. the difference between a royal cheesecake and a strawberry cheesequake. I don't appreciate the needless upcharge, and I didn't get what I ordered because after trying to correct him, we were told, "It's the same thing," which obviously isn't true.

Terrible service. The people working have zero customer service skills and care more about socializing with their friends that come in for free ice cream.
