The girls behind the counter were extremely nice and welcoming. Especially these days where you rarely find good service like this.

While letting my 4 year old son eat his ice cream a song played on their speakers that said the F word 3 times uncensored. This is a place where kids go that is unacceptable! Never going here again. Kid-friendliness: Played music with the F word uncensored several times on their speakers in the store

I used to hate this place!! But thankfully after being under new management, it is the best.

The ice cream is like water, the service bad

Your worker Phylessa is the rudest person I've dealt with in a long time. I use to love this place before the new owners. This young lady should not have a job where customers are involved. Horrible!

First off the owner is very rude. Today he overcharged me while telling me he couldn’t make me an ice cream that’s on his menu. He has a nasty attitude. It’s a shame that the old owners had to leave cause they know what customer service is. The new owner should take some time to learn how to work in a customer service business.

Enjoyed time with grandkids, full ice cream assortment and friendly staff
