Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Poor experience, very unfortunate! They didn't get the coupon entered correctly the first time (thankfully we caught it and they gave us the money back). They forgot to give us our pop until we reminded them, as well, they gave us our mocha moolatte without the toppings, and when we pointed it out, they argued we were wrong. Highly disappointed, won't come back to this location.

This DQ is very hit or miss food wise. Ordered a smartie blizzard and a cookie dough blizzard (with no hot fudge). I'm not sure if they were having issues with their ice cream machine but the smartie blizzard was more like a milkshake and had WAY too much hot fudge it was almost inedible. The cookie dough was made with hot fudge after the employee confirmed no hot fudge so it had to be remade. So a bit of a disappointing experience on this visit.

Oft hingegangen und nie Enttäuscht. Haltet euch aber von diesem Karameldchmutz weg.

I mean a blizzard is a blizzard- a tasty treat but can't compare to a local ice cream shop, aside from convenience

Why no food trays? Bring them back please. Its hard not to make a mess on your tables when eating in and I don't enjoy eating out of a bag on a dirty table...
