Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This is the worst Dairy Queen! Unfortunately it’s the closest location to my house and my kids love the chicken strip basket but I’m going to drive further from now on, just to avoid this location. One, the employees are often rude. Two, literally every single time I pay for extra ranch and don’t get it. The inside is still not open as of May 2023 and I’m not going to go through the drive thru line again because it takes forever, but how hard is it to give people everything they paid for? The overall quality of the food and ice cream is hit or miss. This most recent order our fries weren’t fully cooked, hard, and gross. Never again.

Really good service today. Food was hot and fresh especially the fries. Yum

Bobbi jean farnsworth gave me the WORST customer service I have ever had In my life. She spit in my fries and disrespected me to the most. On that note I will never go back. Also you would never believe what she was doing when I got to the window she was HARASSING ME.

I live right down the street and every single time I go in there and I would like to buy some ice cream or food something is going on either they're not taking any orders through the drive through for the evening or they're out of ice cream but 4 out of 5 times that I have gone there in the last month something's going on if you need somebody to work I will manage that restaurant because clearly they don't know how I mean how is an ice cream place out of ice cream really?? I have worked at Dairy Queen and I have managed many restaurants clearly this one needs some help!

Great strawberry milkshake!

My wife was very excited to eat DQ. We never had it. This was the worst fast food we have ever had. The burgers had very little sauce and the cheese wasn't melted. Large fries only half full and stuck together and not cooked enough . The onion rings were good but only 5. It was a wast of money for $30. We will not go back
