Always great service at this DQ location. Staff are always friendly too.
Ordered sundaes, first they were given to a different customer and we had to say that they were actually our order. Felt like there was a minimal amount of hot fudge for the price. Ice cream was fair. Ordered a blizzard for someone at the end and it wasn't flipped for me. Is it still policy to get a free one in this instance, does it depend on location? Strange after being asked about this jt was taken out of my hand and it was flipped. I know I asked about it but that's a strange way to deal with the situation. I didn't want to push the cashier as she seemed to be a little frazzled.
Had a quick service and friendly
If you have to go here, don't bother going inside. Only use the drive thru or they will just ignore you inside. We went in and another lady was ahead with a cake standing at the counter. We waited over 10 min and nobody even came to the front to say why they couldn't help us. The lady ahead said she had been waiting a while already. Workers kept looking at us out of the corner of their eyes but quickly turned away. We finally walked out. They don't want your business. The drive thru wasn't particularly busy, and workers were standing around, yet nobody could even acknowledge us or the lady ahead with her cake melting on the counter. It's best to just find another place that actually wants your business.
Will not be returning to this location as the food was terrible, I had a so little fries and the so called chicken strip???? Besides the place was so cold we had to eat with our parkas on. Would not recommend this place.

Been going to this location for many years now and I have finally had enough. Worst service ever! Food always seems to take a long time whether or not there is a line of people either inside or in the drive through. I have noticed on almost every occasion that there seems to be a large amount of staff standing around in the back of the kitchen either glued to their phone or distracting others, no one servicing the front counter, while what looks like two members working the equipment and what I believe is a manager stuffing bags and trying to keep up. Just tonight at 6:30pm we ordered in the drive through and as I waited at the window I saw 3-4 staff all standing around the warming lights talking about the one persons nails (I am assuming as they kept flashing their nails and doing close looks at them). I saw the staff slowly place fries in the bag as they were more interested in talking, and then stand with the bag closed and continued to talk for at least 30 seconds before handing the bag to me. When we returned home they had forgotten to make my daughter's kids chicken strip meal. I went back to get a meal and when I mentioned that they had forgotten a meal I saw staff laughing, finger pointing to each other, and then one of them (the one with the nails done) started to flip the finger to all the staff in the back and laughing. (at least that is what it looked like) This location has never had the greatest staff working there and I was always chalking it up to there being a shortage of good workers. I am starting to believe that the managers and owner of this location truly do not care how their establishment is being run.
