The new barbecue bacon ranch burger was very good. Also very good was the new parmesan garlic chicken.

Ronny is the best at what he does and is always so alert and making sure customers are satisfied. Staff here rocks, always happy and energetic. I’d give 6 stars if I could

one of the blizzards was wrong - ordered cookie dough and got brownie. disappointed. but they made a mint oreo for me which was good.

People working here are rude and not very professional

Customer service training and soft skills need to be applied to the current employees. Even while working at the window and taking orders. The guy named Evan tonight kept cutting me off while ordering food, got the order wrong, and still couldn’t get it right after saying the order over… Seems to me like he was either on something, or simply doesn’t care about being there to work on the job.

Don’t eat here. Planning on dining in with my 3 kids. Walk in to 2 people strung out barely able to stand in the entrance. We waited for one of our the individuals that could barely stand to finish his order before coming to the counter. We then waited for the cashier to acknowledge us, never asked us what we wanted, just stood there. Then my son asked to use the restroom, where he was refused entrance to the restroom because we had not paid yet, we were in the middle of ordering. Congratulations Dairy Queen, you lost a life long customer.
