Went to the one in Johnson City yesterday and sat in the drive thru for 20 min get up to order and they had no cookie dough or brownie. They was out of everything. Very disappointing.

Ice cream is always good and blizzards are amazing. Service was slow and has been for awhile now but I think it was due to staffing issues as there never seems to be many workers present.

This location is by far the best in the area. The employees act like they want to be there and it shows in the quality of the food and service.
