Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I took my friend for a banana split for her birthday. It was sadly disappointing. The banana was overripe and black in spots. The banana had a strange coffee taste. The ice cream was very flat. We did not get our monies worth that’s for sure. Over $15 for two very very sad banana splits :((

I just received an order delivered. This is now the second time I have orderd and they have prepared the wrong food or made the food with the incorrect toppings. Plus it's come cold. Delivery company insisted its the restaurants fault.

Drive through was busy, nothing in the blizzard not happy about it. I will be going into the store and chatting with manager

Definetly the worst service from any dairy queen I have ever been too. I’ve waited less time for my food at a sit down restaurant. Wait times in the drive thru are ridiculous - i’m the only person there why does it take 18 mins to make a chicken wrap? Meanwhile my order is pretty much always missing something or put together sloppily, spilling food all over the bag. I’m usually not the type to write reviews, but I come to this location decently often because it’s closest to me and i’m disappointed almost every single time.

The girl that prepared my meal did a fantastic job and has the best customer service skills! Thank you for making my day :)

Got a snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard February 2nd in the evening. It was probably the best blizzard I’ve had. Whoever made it deserves a raise
