Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Order the backyard bacon ranch burger and a small blizzard, got everything but the blizzard so had to back up and ask for it, then opened up the burger at home and it got some kind of orange spicy sauce on it which was supposed to be barbecue sauce, place is getting sloppy and not paying attention.

Waited over an hour for an online order we saw sitting on the burners for over 30 minutes! Gross gross gross.

This place use to be a great place to go but recently I’ve had nothing but problems. Nasty cold bacon, greasy non edible sausage. I’ve been a long time customer but don’t think I’m going back anymore. Also they have a thief that works there that stole my grand daughters pogo stick and although that isn’t a matter of dq itself the fact that this work yells loudly to all her fellow co workers hey that’s the kid I stole her pogo stick each time she is collecting money at the window is a problem for dq. Very poor morales and to brag about taking a 8 year olds pogo stick is a disgrace. Lost my business for good 2/24/24-So I actually tried this again, what a mistake!! I wait in line for 20 min, the girl shoves my bag at me after waiting this long and I get home and instead of garlic parm strips and a bbq strip , I have 2 bbq strips Absolutely terrible service!!

This establishment called the police on me because I asked for a refund because my food was cold. I also contacted Corperate with no avail.

I love that Dairy Queen is still around. Their stingy with their fries but the food is always hot and delicious.

Terrible service. My girlfriend loves the Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard. It's never mixed up and this last time there was hole in the side so they just put it in another cup.
