Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Was a great place when Jim owned it. Now it sucks. The employees provide the worst service. Asking them to do their job or anything other than be on their phones is an inconvenience for their tender little minds. Omg help us as a society.

UPDATE: Have to downgrade our friends at DQ because we waited in the drive thru for 20 mins and the line wasn't moving. We decided to take our biz to Culver's. It's a shame because DQ has great ice cream. We like DQ's ice cream, especially their dipped cones. They are really good, but I must say their portions have significantly decreased. I remember when a large dipped cone was, well, large! Now they are like a medium. Probably better for my health, but I'm not thinking about my health when I eat fast food!

Staff forgot items on my order or it was improperly made. Royal New York cheesecake blizzard had no strawberry in it and forgot the country gravy. I got the gravy yet the tub was half full and already cool. Staff seemed annoyed and standoffish with me and other customers.

One person. Four blizzards, no lids. Melts all over the vehicle. Food ordered incomplete.

Great service They just need to learn to make a blizzard cuz the one I ordered was not made correctly but other than that . Food is good

ya like nasty ice cream say no more as a former employee i have picture of some bombastic stuff in the back, also hint hint we dont clean much i tried to keep the grill clean but i come back the next day and its trashed, was told to use moldy cheese on a burger once. the cakes are good and clean, the fryer is iffy at best, the grill is dirty at best, and the ice cream is generally fine but i dont know the last time either the misty or the ice cream machine. 2/21 I figured I should add this but if service is slow or there are no visible employees go and look at the loading bay, you will most likely find them there smoking or conversing with each other, last I checked the GM is very good about not taking long breaks but other employees not so much My validity as a employ has questioned so I have the picture of my shirt and hat Parking: to busy during the summer

Lobby was closed due to short staffing. Food was not that great. The employee that handed us our food in the drive thru was very courteous and polite. About the only good thing about my trip to the establishment today.

Went through the drive thru 2/9/24 around 12pm noon. The guy on the microphone was the rudest person ive ever delt with in fast food. He was rushing me through the order totaled my order before i was done. And verbally scoffed through the mic when i told him i wasnt done and continued to be rude. I ended up leaving. My money isnt worth that kinda service hopefuly they can fix this
