Absolutely worst experience. I will not be returning.

My wife and I come here for a treat periodically and it has finally reached a point where we just can’t do it anymore. Tonight we were handed two small banana split blizzards with ice cream literally pouring down the outside of the cup and they asked if we needed napkins. There were two small pieces of banana in mine and one in my wife’s. A tiny piece of a strawberry in both then 95% vanilla ice cream. The attitudes of the people that work here are awful, always.

This one is better food wise, service wise, and cleaner than the one in pearland

Service is amazingly slow. Staff are rude. The building has trim pieces falling off. Pretty dismal place.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restroom is a bit small for a wheelchair my mom was able to get in though

inside kitchen was closed and they didn’t tell us until we spent over 5 mins waiting to order. drove through the drive thru and our order was never taken so we tried to pull up to the window and order and we were ignored.
