We start with our own house made unbleached, unbromated dabesta dough, then we add thoughtfully sourced toppings: in-house sauce made from real crushed tomatoes, genuine mozzarella, provolone cheese, pepperoni, sausage, hand-cooked chicken, bacon, our own seasoned hamburger, hand cut onions, green peppers. Mushrooms, and olives.
