We absolutely LOVED having cutting edge be a part of our wedding day. Ron was amazing with communication, quick responses to emails and was patient with me and my indecisiveness the team that was present at our wedding had such great professionalism and made our day so easy. All of the songs we picked were played, no issues with anything, and a bunch of our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve been to in a long time. 11/10 recommend. PS the photo booth was a HUGE hit!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding DJ services provided by Renee at our recent PALTC24 Mixer. As the organizer of the event, I am compelled to share my utmost gratitude for the exemplary professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness demonstrated by Renee throughout the evening. Renee's exceptional talent as a DJ truly enhanced the atmosphere of the event, keeping our attendees engaged and entertained. His ability to read the crowd and adjust the music accordingly ensured that the energy remained high and the mood upbeat throughout the duration of the mixer. Additionally, his seamless transitions between tracks and impeccable timing were nothing short of impressive. Furthermore, Renee's friendly demeanor and willingness to accommodate our requests made him an absolute pleasure to work with. His positive attitude and dedication to ensuring the success of the event did not go unnoticed by myself or any of the attendees. I firmly believe that Renee's contributions played a significant role in making the PALTC24 Mixer a resounding success, and I wanted to ensure that his efforts are recognized and appreciated at all levels of your organization. Pros: The wedding was beautiful and small. Kevin did a good enough job to get the few amount of people on the dance floor. (We all had a good time and that’s the main point.) Cons: The recessional song played when the judge announced us as husband and wife was wrong. I don’t know if the cocktail hour and dinner music was being played but I couldn’t hear it and the hall echoed with everyone’s conversations. The song picked to play during the cake cutting was a tonal shift from our other songs. (To be fair, I did select DJ choice.) Only one of our bride/groom requested songs (besides the first dances songs) was played. My sister and brother-in-law’s 15th wedding anniversary was the next day and I asked for there to be a special shout to them. (I put in the form and asked the DJ when I requested the song to be played.) It didn’t happen. Majority of the songs played were country or cumbias. (Which our family/guest danced to, but we didn’t have equal amounts of Alt Pop and 90s/00s music as requested. Which the we were looking forward to.) The groom’s uncle requested the bunny hop. He’s an older gentleman. Which bunny hop would he be asking for? The classic/simple one or the early 00s with more “complex” steps. The complex song was played and we then awkwardly danced around in a circle because they were expecting the classic and no one knew the steps. Summary: He did a good job. We all danced and had a nice time. We just didn’t get majority of the songs we requested.

Chloe was AMAZING. She arrived early and with such warmth and enthusiasm, we instantly felt comfortable. She was professional and talented. She exceeded our expectations and took a good night and made it an absolutely excellent one! Thank you so much! JU

Our DJ Jerry was fabulous. I did not have a super set schedule and was playing some stuff by ear. He did fantastic coordinating with my photographer and event coordinator and going with the flow when I needed to move time tables up or back. He engaged exactly as much as we needed and was a huge part of making our day a success. Before the wedding Ron, Aminda, and Trey were great at communicating, even when I was not. They were happy to offer in person, phone, or Skype consults to make sure we had everything we need. 100% would recommend this company

We got marries September 17th and we used Cutting Edge Entertainment for our grand exit! We rented two cold sparks and it was perfect. Great communication and quality.

The DJ services were great and very professional. Cutting Edge Entertainment's services made planning our wedding's music flow beautifully, even bringing tears to the guests. Trey made himself available to us and was able to mix my son's and mine dance beautifully.

From start to finish the whole crew was amazing! I have a very eclectic music collection, and Trey asked a bunch of questions that helped us hone it in for the day of. Honestly these questions helped us figure out a vision for the wedding and even gave us perfect suggestions too! Jacob was our DJ for the day off and if I wasn’t already married I could kiss the guy. He read the room and played our songs that we sent in beforehand only when we were in the room, which made the night feel so much more personal. The music I didn’t tell him to play was on point and also was great for our guests too! We had an older crowd at our wedding and he played music that got some of them up and dancing. I am very picky with my music and the vibes my music creates and the whole crew was amazing! They made the whole night that much more magical.

The Zama Alumni Association used Cutting Edge Entertainment for its 2023 San Antonio All Class Reunion Dinner Dance and was extremely pleased with both our DJ and the photo booth. The DJ did a wonderful job of reading the crowd and moving from background mood music that let our group have good conversation during dinner and then dance into the night. I got nothing but compliments and I can't say enough good things about this business. We have a diverse military brat group whose ages range from 20s to 70s and our DJ kept them all happy. Great job.
