Broken Resolutions | New England Style India Pale Ale Broken Resolutions comes in at an easy 7.0% right at that sweet spot for our singles, and is packed to the brim with a fully saturated flavor of Riwaka, which is the only hop used from start to finish in this one. You'll find notes of grapefruit, citrus, and passion fruit in the flavor and aroma. We hope you enjoy this one and stick to your resolutions a little bit better than we did this year.

Career High | Hazy Double India Pale Ale We teamed up with our friends at Other Half to put up some huge numbers with this one. Featuring one of our highest dry hop rates to date, we dropped a triple slash line of Peacharine, Motueka, and Citra. The notes of stone fruit and citrus are going off at a record setting pace on both the flavor and aroma. All of the flavor is backed up with a solid 8.5% ABV, a lush mouthfeel, and a low back end bitterness. It was a blast stepping on the court with Other Half for this DIPA, and we can’t wait for you all to get to enjoy Career High.

Citrine Fractus | Hazy Double India Pale Ale We teamed up with our good friends at Amani Brewing to bring you a thiolized packed DIPA. We started with a heavy dose of Phantasm, then fermented with a blend of our house ale strain and a thiolized yeast strain. Then dry hopped it with a high charge of Mega Motueka, Riwaka, and Nelson. The result is bright citrus and tropical juice in the aroma and flavor. We loved finally getting together with our friends right across the border in West Virginia, and can’t wait for future collaborations with Amani.

Father Time | Patersbier Style Ale This beer was brewed using Belgian Abbey yeast. It is designed to be light and sessionable. The aroma comes off as phenolic, with a faint mix of banana. As you drink this Patersbier, a touch of light fruit and toasty malt are present.

Flow Deluxe | West Coast Style Pilsner We’re back like lateral passing and coming to change the party up. Flow Deluxe is here to put you in a cobra clutch. A 5.4% West Coast Pilsner that we made it rain Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo on. Brilliant clarity, ultimately refreshing from the jump, a pop of citrus and floral notes, followed by a crisp dry finish. This one will make you want to sip ‘til you hit the bottom of the can.

Illusory Correlation | Schwarzbier Style Lager A clean and crisp, traditional dark German lager. The aroma has notes of light roast coffee and dark chocolate. The flavor is bread crust and roast, with a dry finish.

Operator Error | Dry Hoppy Porter This beer was brewed to be more like the Porters of old. It's very dark brown in color with an aroma of light smoke and wet tobacco as a result of the dry hopping. You'll find bittersweet dark chocolate and light roast in the flavor accompanied by a medium light body.

Rad Beer | American Light Lager When you have a pizza as good as the World Championship Award Winning "In Crust We Trust" by Rad Pies, you need the perfect beer to pair with it. THIS is that beer. Designed to pair perfectly with pepperoni pizza, Rad Beer is brewed with premium ingredients and has slightly higher carbonation to deliver world class drinkability and smooth refreshing flavor while cleansing the palette for the next bite.

Rambo | Imperial Milk Stout **1-Can Per Person** Huge notes of roasted barley and chocolate that come together in a surprisingly smooth and drinkable dark beer.

Seven Caves | Mexican Style Coffee Stout Seven Caves is a 6.4% Mexican Coffee Stout that seamlessly melds vanilla, cinnamon, and coffee. This beer pours a deep ebony, releasing inviting aromas of freshly ground coffee and sweet vanilla. With each sip, the velvety texture carries a harmonious blend of roasted malt and coffee, decadent vanilla, and a subtle spice from aromatic cinnamon. Seven Caves is a celebration of Mexican-inspired flavors, a rich and satisfying stout that promises a journey through layers of indulgence.

Starting Over | Dortmunder Style Lager We’re always excited to go back into the beer history books and brew up a traditional beer that has been glossed over. For Starting Over, we bring to you a Dortmunder that we kept as classic to the style as possible. This pale lager has an initial faint sulfur aroma, then opens its way up to some semi-sweet grainy notes. The flavor is the perfect intertwining of Pilsner malt, and noble hops. Neither one ever dominates the other, working in harmony to create a crisp clean beer with a very low lingering bitterness that fades quickly. Smooth and well balanced, Starting Over is the perfect balance of malt driven and hop driven lagers.

Tenuous Pawn | English Style Brown Ale This is a relatively complex beer that is malty, rich, and nutty on the palate. The aroma presents a light caramel sweetness with a hint of dark fruit. It has the perfect amount of English hops added for balance.

Rambo w/ Vanilla | Imperial Milk Stout **1-Can Per Person** Our classic Imperial Milk Stout, conditioned on heavy amounts of vanilla.

56 Nights | Munich Style Dunkel This Dunkel was brewed to be traditional in style. This Munich Dunkel, a German dark lager, pours light caramel in color. The beer is driven by a smooth malty flavor. The low ABV makes it inviting to return for another.

Back To Earth | Czech Style Pilsner The aroma is full of rich complex malt notes, backed up with floral and spice notes from the Saaz hops. There are vibrant malt flavors, balanced with a soft bitterness.

Cali Cush | West Cost Style India Pale Ale We took our flagship IPA, Cush, and decided to create a companion that uses more of an old school approach. Cali Cush is an ode to easy drinking, crushable West Coast IPAs. Still packed with a charge of Mosaic and Simcoe, we replaced our house ale strain, and fermented it out with a more traditional California ale strain. The result is a more crisp and clear beer. Amped up with extra pine notes, and a lingering, welcoming bitterness, this is a fun classic twist on our classic beer.

Cush | New England Style India Pale Ale Our hazy, crushable flagship IPA. Hopped with our two favorites, Simcoe and Mosaic, the aroma is a bouquet of fruit, berries, and pine. The flavor is lightly jammy and rounded out with a bready malt backbone. The flavor is then coupled with that classic Cushwa mild bitterness and slightly dry finish. This beer serves as both the perfect introduction to our vast IPA portfolio, and also as the ultimate daily crusher that you will want to keep coming back to again and again.

Face Chop | New England Style Double India Pale Ale This all Citra Double IPA is bright with a strong tropical citrus aroma and notes of pineapple and papaya for days. We went heavy handed with each dry hop addition while still giving this beer a smooth and delicate backend finish you crave.

Kölschman | Germany Style Kölsch Brewed traditionally to the German style, this beer pours straw yellow in color, with a bright clearness to it. The flavor is crisp and refined, while also still being balanced out with enough German hop characteristics from the Hallertau Mittelfruh and Hallertau Blanc to leave you wanting more sips. Our go-to light drinking ale.

Liquid Bread | Doppelbock Style Ale We brewed this to be true to style, so this beer is rich with just enough traditional German hops to keep the malt in check. It showcases a bready flavor with a malt derived sweetness and is relatively easy to drink considering the ABV.

Mini Pants | English Style Mild Ale A true English "session" beer. This beer is low in alcohol, light bodied, dry, and refreshing. You'll find traces of fresh baked bread and dark chocolate in the aroma. The flavor profile is of crackers, roast, and light toffee.

Never Say Hefeweizen | Hefeweizen Style Ale This German style wheat beer produces unique flavors of banana and cloves with an often dry and tart edge.

Old Hundreds | Festbier For this Festbier, we stuck to the traditional side for this classic German style. This beer is robust, and full bodied, with an ABV to back it up. On the taste, you will notice a nice toasted breadiness, and a slight touch of malt sweetness. This is then balanced out with a slight charge of German hop flavors. We hope you enjoy this in celebration with loved ones for the changing season, Prost!

Pura Pils | American Pilsner Pura Pils is our year-round American Pilsner. We wanted to craft an easy sipping, light drinking lager, but with a Cushwa twist to it. Hopped with two of our favorite American hop varietals, Citra and Strata, the aroma is delicately balanced between bright citrus notes and a mild malt sweetness. On the taste the malt and hop characters play perfectly in tune, with a pleasantly smooth bitterness finishing out the sip.

Wit | Belgian Style Witbier Brewed with orange peel and coriander. The aroma is malty and herbal with a pleasing citrus fruitiness. The flavor is crisp and zesty with a hint of spice.

Glen | Grisette Style Ale Mixed fermentation Grisette aged in Big Cork Vineyards white wine barrels with Sauvignon Blanc grape must and dry hopped with whole cone Strata.
