I'm not sure what these other reviewers are talking about, but I've always had the most pleasant experience at this location out of any bubble tea business in the area. The staff are always pleasant, customer serving, and eager to help you choose between the different options so you get a delicious drink every time. I had not been to this location since the installation of the new ordering screens, but the process was painless and the staff were perfectly helpful with any questions that patrons may have had. My usual is an iced brown sugar milk tea (black tea) with tapioca pearls and whole milk. It's usually so good that I have to pace myself not to drink it too fast! The CUPP brand is always doing funky promotions they advertise on Instagram so I always pop in around those times and in between. A friend and I are always meeting up for a CUPP date as we like to call it. 10/10 to this location, products, and staff! Parking: There are several large, paid parking garages in the area. Wheelchair accessibility: There are elevators located in the Trinity center to get to this location.
Fruit tea tastes so awful
Wouldn’t come again! Bad service and bad tea.
Awful awful awful. The mango matcha tea was awful no taste whatsoever. But what was worse that that was the "customer service" we received by the young Indian girl at the till. She was beyond awful, making us feel like we were a huge bother to have come and order. I'm not asking for service providers to be our friend but at the same time a little smile and warm demeanor would have cost EXACTLY the same amount of energy and effort as scowling at customers and barely wanting to talk to them. This was a massive turn off and a huge disappointment. Never will return.
Waited for over an hour still haven’t got my drink… do not recommend using delivery apps
Bubble tea log Day ???: I made my order, not knowing what I was in for. At first it was just like any other long order, but it slowly got worse and worse. It started off with waiting 40 minutes and missing a movie with my friend, but as days turned into nights I started to get hungry. I've been surviving by stealing the little bubble tea balls that they put at the bottom of their drinks by stealing them from over the counter. As time went on, I saw other customers get their orders I thought about leaving. But I was in too deep. My mind has been cosumed by the obsessive need for my bubble tea. I'm not sure how long I've been waiting now... I've lost all sense of time. Low key, this is kinda bad customer service. One star. Actually two cause I heard the bubble tea is rlly good lmao
