Cup of Job

Our start was humble, it sprung from a simple idea of opening a coffee shop to help transform Jacksonville one street at a time by a group of faith minded individuals from Lifework Leadership who knew nothing about coffee, other than gulping it down before work in the morning. Though the idea was simple, our dream for Cup of Jōb is big; to be the embodiment of the Lifework vision, “Kingdom Minded Transformation – transforming leaders, transforming cities, transforming the world!" Initially, it began as a proof of concept to provide sustainable funding support to Lifework Leadership, while directly serving the community by helping the homeless and employing the residents of the Rescue Mission. However, within weeks it grew into so much more!
