Culver’s

Sadly the grills are dirty and not cleaned and this causes the burgers to end up with an “extra layer” that tastes awful. I have been visiting twice a week for a while now but this is just gross. Having worked in fast food burger places earlier in life, I know when a grill is not clean and for the $17 a combo costs now this is totally unacceptable. They are supposed to make it fresh, that may be the case, but this dirty grill sludge ruins the very notion. I do not like this black crispy junk on my burgers. The milkshakes also smell like a wet dog, which is really weird. Note to Culver’s. I don’t want a copy and paste response telling me to go to your website and fill out some contact form. I want an actual response stating what corrective actions you are going to take. It is dismissive and deflecting to have someone else do your job by going and submitting feedback elsewhere. Please clean the sludge off of your grills frequently and train the cooks. It literally feels and tastes like my burger meat was fetched out of an old grease vat! So disgusting getting a crunchy burnt taste in something I’m asked “What can we make fresh for you” at the very time of order. Burger King just reopened across the street with fresh equipment. I have never had this experience there and if you’re trying to match the “flame broiled” experience you are failing at it.

This is a much better fast food place 😁 I like how they bring the food to your table instead of standing there and waiting. I'm still getting used to spending more than $10 at a fast food place. Just seems so strange 😲

Love Culver’s but not this location. They consistently get orders wrong. Fries are undercooked, always get the wrong food. Spoke with the manager (I think his name is Darnell). Rude guy who didn’t even want to know what the issue was. Only wanted my email which he couldn’t even get right after repeating it 5 times so he could email me a coupon and then he just hung up without so much as an apology for the inconvenience. Whoever owns this location, please know I don’t need free food. I need my order to be done right the first time. $37.00 down the tubes. NEVER going back to this location again. Worst Culver’s ever!

Fantastic!! I got the fried cod and it was delicious. The breading on the fish was light and crispy!! Broccoli was soft but not mushy! Frozen custard was great too! Thank you Culver's!

I recently visited Culver’s in Winter Garden and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The restaurant looked clean and well-maintained, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. But the highlight of my visit was definitely the chocolate shake with Oreo cookies. It was simply awesome! The shake was rich, creamy, and perfectly blended with generous chunks of Oreo cookies, making every sip and scoop a delightful treat. If you’re a fan of chocolate shakes and Oreos, this is a must-try! Overall, Culver’s in Winter Garden exceeded my expectations with their excellent service and delicious treats. I can’t wait to go back and try more items from their menu!
