Culver’s

Tonight I went in and ordered food. And to no surprise there was something wrong with my order. I got home and had to go back, not happy about that. I will say the manager there was nice she refunded the part of my order that was wrong and gave me a new order. When we eat in it is always good, just when I order to go it is EVERY time wrong and have to go back. So lesson learned.....check the order BEFORE leaving there.

I tried something different today and it was delicious period I have never been disappointed here

Update: I was having a rough day and the young man in the drive through made me laugh. Thanks for being there for your fellow man. ✌ Absolutely made my day! 1/24/2024. Always friendly, quick, and hot tasty food. Today there was a school bus with kids from a field trip. The manager kept the line moving by directing the kids to one line and keeping people on their lunch time separate. Every employee was smiling and polite even with a "rush". Tables were clean too. Way to go!

Slowest Culver’s I’ve ever been to. Actually they are the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’ve sat in their drive thru for 20+ minutes multiple times with no other cars waiting. I was craving Culvers tonight and decided against it because I just wanted to get some food and eat it within 30 minutes of ordering it.

Ok for quick lunch .

They can improve on their customer service.... needs better training on their staff personnel...
