The drive-through screen is smarter than employees.

Ordered curbside pickup; didn't realize our order was shorted until I was all the way home. Called & spoke with Cam, who immediately apologized and offered to rectify the situation if I was able to return for the remainder of the order. Cam immediately recognized me from curbside pickup and quickly prepared the missing items.... AND sent 4 pints (of my choosing) home to make up for the inconvenience. 🩷 We don't go there often, but they have exceptional customer service and their food cannot be beaten!!

I always come to Culver when I feel like eating real burger🍔 because the test is like home make burger. So last time when to Culver one the customer made a mistake on our orders and we wasn't pleased we returned back and let them know they immediately fix the issue without no problem and I didn't get to pay for the replacement of the order so thank you guys

The food is yummy. I usually get the Corbin blue salad. The shrimp and burgers are yummy. The concrete mixed are good as well.

I had forgotten how good everything is at CoonRapids Culver's
