As of November 2024 Culture ETX is now modern East Texas cuisine, fine dining restaurant Heritage East. Lunchtime fare is exceptional burgers, sandwiches, salads, pasta, flatbreads and more, served 11-3 Tuesday through Friday. Dinner at Heritage East is 5-9 Tuesday through Thursday 5-10 Friday and Saturday. Reservations are not required but highly recommended. Our menu is by award winning (Cochon 555 "Prince of Pork," Texas Bucket List "Bite of the Season," and Food Network Chopped) Chef/owner Lance McWhorter. Our speakeasy bar, The Plaid Rabbit, is open to the public, happy hours are Tues-Sat, 5-7 check in with our hostess to access.
