Founder Victor M. Ruiz has an extensive history in the hospitality industry that ranges from New York Hilton to Waldorf Astoria. In the late sixties he decided to give entrepreneurship a try and for over fifty years managed, owned and operated several successful restaurants ranging from Gourmet Five Star Mexican restaurants to a Homestyle Argentinian Steakhouse, and several Cuban Cuisine and Fast Food Chicken Places.
