WORST EVENT MANAGEMENT WE'VE EVER SEEN!! We had people waiting for them to complete decorating since the venue was not ready at all. They even forgot a couple of tables and simply left. In terms of food quality and availability, they completely ruined our event and left our visitors stunned. Everyone, including toddlers, was fed out-of-date and rotten food. The caterer made no apologies and continued as if nothing had occurred. Guests made the waiters aware of the smelly food and they quickly removed it from the table and stopped serving it. They practically ran out of food for the main courses, and the waiters had no choice but to phone their boss and request more. 30% of the guests left about 10 p.m. without even eating dinner. The mutton curry ran out and was never replenished. When the parotta ran out, they substituted Naan bread. Overall, this was the worst catering and décor service I've ever had in my life. Guests were literally taken aback!!! AVOID THEM AT ANY COST!!!

don't make the mistake and book your party through this event!! We were served spoiled food, which even the staff noticed. When we entered the hall, the hall was not fully decorated although a time was set for it, and the decoration was so outdated that most of the lights didn't work. When we asked him about it, he showed no understanding and didn't do anything to accommodate us

Bad service bad food

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR EVENT WITH THIS COMPANY We booked Crystal Clubs for our mum's 60th birthday to provide their catering, decor, DJ, and venue. All confirmed in May and the deposit was paid. Just less than 2 weeks before the event, we called KIRUBA to ask when we should come in to select the food and pay the balance. To our surprise, he replied that he couldn't accommodate us for the date because there was an event scheduled at Wembley Stadium that would prevent anyone from entering that road. He basically told us to let our guests walk or reschedule our event for another day and showed no remorse. He was very defensive, claiming that Wembley Stadium had scheduled that event on short notice. Upon calling Wembley Stadium to query, they told me that they started selling tickets early this year (ca. February 2023), months before we called Kiruba to secure our date. We informed Kiruba that he messed up & should take responsibility for finding another venue. We called him numerous times for updates and he wouldn`t answer our calls. We had to use different phone numbers to get hold of him. When he finally answered, he told us to look for a new venue as he didn't have time to do it. We spent 4 days looking for another venue and when we finally found one, Kiruba demanded that we pay half the price of the new venue hire, saying it wasn't his fault. We disagreed and pushed back as much as we could. After much chasing, he found another venue for us and asked to come by to pay off the balance and insisted on just accepting cash. I told him that I couldn't bring cash and he eventually agreed to card payment after another lengthy debate. On the event day, a number of issues occurred, and Kiruba's sheer ignorance went beyond any professionalism, as if he was attempting to take revenge on us since he had to pay for the new venue out of his own pocket. When I arrived at the venue at 5:10pm, the décor team was just unloading and estimated it would take an hour to complete despite agreeing to 5 p.m. We had many people waiting due to this. No welcome drinks were prepared and the waiters phoned Kiruba who's team then delivered the welcome drinks at 6:25pm. The background with the word "Happy Birthday" on it didn't work properly (see photo). They didn't bring the correct tablecloth we asked for and even had tables without any decorations. Our family members had to step in and assist them. When starters were served, we noticed that guests were concerned, disgusted, and unhappy with the food's quality. The Mutton roll smelt so bad that guests got up and returned it to the waiters. The waiters immediately took them off the table and confirmed it was spoiled. Imagine how uncomfortable it was for us as hosts to have to urge guests to stop eating the Mutton Rolls. Overall, they just didn't bring enough food. We had 70-75 people and the food was barely enough for 50 people. I was on the phone with him countless times until he delivered more food, but our guests didn't bother to return for more. Not a single guest said anything positive about Crystal's service that night. When I requested him to come over (10min drive), he stated he wouldn't waste his time fixing a low-budget event and would rather accept the bad feedback than issue a refund or compensation. I have dealt with hundreds of business people, but this KIRUBA person is one of the biggest liars, money greedy, and most importantly one of the biggest scammers I have ever encountered. Others at Crystal Clubs such as staff, waiters, decorators, and DJ were all friendly and handled the situation very professionally. The entire party would have been destroyed if they had not been present, a big thank you to them. Happy to connect with anyone who wants to hear a thorough story about my experience(s) so you don't make the same mistake I did.

This company was a total disaster last Sunday. I have been to many events where Crystal catered but this one was beyond any words that could describe how much they messed up that night. My family and I literally had a little of the starters and no dinner at all. All the non-veg food ran out and they asked us to eat the vegetarian dishes. Not sure when they cooked the Mutton Rolls, but that was definitely not fresh and did smell so bad that we returned our plate and refrained from eating any starters. My 3-year-old had the mutton roll and was crying the whole night and the next day morning throwing out. I've raised this with the host to ensure a proper complaint is raised with the caterer. Drinks on the table weren't refilled at all, people literally went to the bar to get Water or Coca-Cola. Surely this is the most messed up catering service I have seen so far - shame on you Crystal! The host should definitely ask for a refund.

Avoid this place!! What was supposed to be a great night ended in disaster! Starting with the food, they clearly served us out of date food which was served to young kids as well. Me and my family have also had stomach aches for the whole day the day after. We had to wait until around 10pm to eat our main course and by then some of the guests had left the party and when we finally went and got some food, we were stunned to discover that most of the food ran out and they did nothing about it.

I would give this a zero because one of the security was very rude and yelling at me, just because i couldn’t reverse my car, if I reversed the car then it would’ve hit against the wall Hopefully crystal takes an action against this
