For the cost of these underbaked "cookies" I was hoping for a bag of pot in the box to go with the munchie.

The chocolate chip cookies we purchased were so hard and over cooked. Very disappointing for my first visit at a crumble cookie.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with my order. I used the Crumbl app to place an order for delivery it was around $25 and I waited longer than expected time it was set for not only did I wait for half an hour when it finally marked arrived NO ONE SHOWED UP WITH MY ORDER! I called the location and asked to speak to a manager so I can receive the help I needed she was extremely rude and answered the phone just by saying “hello” very ugly and she had no resolution to my issue when I asked if I can get my order sent back out she told me just place another order. I wouldn’t suggest using there delivery services and the only reason I did was because we’re on vacation so it would be more convenient.
