First time here and had an iced cinnamon bun latte, it was amazing! I’m really picky with my coffee too. Great service!

I have been a customer here several times but personally the quality of customer service and product availability is declining. Experienced a sense of unwelcome due to my masking. Concerns about hygiene and food handling protocols: The staff member who handed me my drink touched the middle of my straw, introducing potential contamination as she inserted it into the beverage. It would have been preferable for her to provide the straw wrapped in a napkin separately for me to insert myself. Staffs need training or management needs to improve current protocol. Lot of products including variety breads were unavailable and was told it would not be available for two weeks. This was the unique factor that led me to come in. However, I was disappointed the products were unavailable.

I stopped in here to get a latte and some sweets. The staff was amazing. The food was great. The latte was a little bitter but overall a fantastic experience.

My favorite coffee in this area. Staff is knowledgeable and neighborly. I've bought these fresh roasted beans for home and as gifts for friends. Always a great start to my morning workday. Coffee never tastes burnt, great 'small batch' local roaster.
