How they accomplish exactly what my daughter wants every year is beyond me. Last year was Hello Kitty and Dinosaurs and this year is Dinosaurs in Space.. I literally just said “I have no idea how but please help me”and they blew us away both times. I recommend them to everyone. Also, the cakes taste amazing!!!! 10 out of 10 all around. You guys are amazing!

In store service was prompt and knowledgeable. Everyone at the party wanted to what bakery. Days later I still received calls about how delicious.

I ordered a cake through their website. The cake was ready at the time I indicated and perfect. My entire team enjoyed the light and perfectly flavored cake. The frosting was so smooth and not too sweet. The delivering team member also gave clear directions on serving and timeframes. Overall quite satisfied.

My family members were treated with such poor customer service that although the wedding cake from this particular bakery was included in their wedding venue fee, they refuse to do business with them. When they initially called they were told they didn’t need an appointment and could just walk-in. However, when they arrived the person who helped them was so nasty and rude, talking down to them as if they were children. Mind you my mother was there, they have officially lost a customer. Perhaps your staff needs a customer service refresher, my family will do business elsewhere and just pay extra!

Delicious Cakes. Hands down, the BEST! And they aren't to shabby with same day requests.

I was referred to the bakery from my aunt who received her baby shower and her daughters 1st birthday cake from the bakery. I spoke to Delaney the entire process about my golden birthday order. I was more than pleased with how great my cake turned out. I had a 6in two tiered stacked vanilla cake with cream cheese filling and tinted buttercream frosting. The cake even though I picked it up 3 days before my event it tasted as if I had it freshly made that same day. I have made creative cakes my go-to bakery for all my cakes and treats here on out.

I had the tiramisu and it was delicious! They also offer tasting trays for sale.
