Creams Cafe Bournemouth City Centre

I have come here on multiple occasions in the past couple of months. Every time without fail the staff are miserable, sour faced and not helpful in the slightest. They seem to have lots of time to talk to each other yet as a customer get very very poor, basic, unenthusiastic service. They are happy to continue their conversation whilst I stood there waiting, no recognition whatsoever. I gave them another chance but have regretted my decision yet again.

Lovely place to get a sweet treat. Plenty of vegan options and food was both delicious and reasonably priced. The server Dimitrius was very polite, attentive and worked fast. Definitely would recommend and would go again.
