We offer authentic Creole and Cajun food, with most of our products being shipped in weekly from New Orleans like our crawfish when in season, Lake Pontchartrain blue crab, alligator meat, farm-raised catfish and wild caught gulf shrimp. Also the blue plate mayonnaise we use on our Po' Boys. Come and try our made in house sausages chicken, beef, pork, alligator & crawfish. Our boudin is da best in da west. Don’t forget to try our boudin balls. Our gumbo was voted best in the city and we have three different types every day. We only use the best ingredients.
