We had a private dining experience for my mum's 60th. The three course menu provided for us was excellent quality, very tasty and plentiful. The service was a little lacking at times where getting a drink was concerned but over all we had a lovely evening and will return. Dietary restrictions: Very helpful with our gluten free guest who was provided the same menu with alternative ingredients to ensure it met her requirements.

Had the pleasure of a taster menu by Craig. Exceptional food. On point service too. Genuine talent right there! Thank you Craig and James!

Went for the Valentines taster menu and we're amazed at the quality for the price. Each course was a sensation on the palate, and each element perfectly complimented each other. This was Michelin class food at a very reasonable cost, and I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Two of us had Sunday lunch on 26th Nov. Excellent Service. The food was fantastic we chose the two courses of Main (Roast Beef) and Pudding and it was wonderful. Would definitely recommend. We are now booked in for Christmas day!

We visited the Sage Restaurant yesterday evening and what an unforgettable experience we had. From the moment we stepped foot into the building to the moment we stepped out, the service was exceptional and the food we ordered was absolutely beautiful with a few little extra surprises! We will definitely be booking again and will recommend without hesitation. An excellent evening thank you Robert and thank you chef Craig Riley.

What an awesome experience from the moment we walked in. We were met by Robert whos hosting skills are second to none. Prior to going through to the restaurant we were treated to a delight of beautifully presented appetisers. Once in the dining room the experience was fabulous from start to finish, every course beautifully explained with taste to match.
