Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I was in shock when my breakfast was sat down in front of me. Horrible taste, quality, and plating. Server was nice and attentive. Prices were ridiculously high for the quality. I feel like Cracker Barrel as a whole has took a nose dive.

First time here. We waited 25 minutes for our food. Once we got our order my dumplings were room temp, one was actually cold (as in out of the refrigerator cold), my okra was cold. The only hot thing I got were the steak fries. Asked for ketchup twice, never received it. My husband's chicken tenders had a good flavor he said, but they were cold as was his Mac n cheese. Biscuits were cold so they wouldn't melt the frozen butter (which we had to ask for because it didn't come with the biscuits) so when you tried to spread the butter the biscuit turned into crumbles, so I ate cold crumbs basically. Didn't eat anything but the fries and decided to take what I didn't eat home so I could heat it myself. Our waiter didn't even offer to bring us a some to go containers. He just plopped the bill on the table and walked away. We had to get another staff person to get them for us. Needless to say we won't be back. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Waste of time and money.

This has to have been the worst Cracker Barrel experience we have ever had. I understand being busy, but the server AND the lady that brought the food were RUDE. Then, once the food came, we had to wait another 7 minutes of silverware, which we only got because I went and asked someone for some. The food was lukewarm at best.

Leticia C was my server. She was GREAT! In my opinion, because I have been going to Cracker Barrel since December, 1999, I would say that Leticia is a Super Server. If she is not a trainer, I would suggest her to be one because she did everything right. PLUS, she gave service with a smile and she looked at me as if she was glad to wait on me, which is a rare thing to see at any restaurant. After my dinner was delivered, she gave three follow-ups to my table before she gave me the check. Next time I'm in Perrysburg, I hope to have her again. GREAT JOB LETICIA C.!!!

It took our waitress 45 minutes to come to our table and tell us that she had forgotten.To turn our ticket in for food. So you get a big thumbs down from me. We ended up leaving.

We entered the restaurant and O.M.G! There was paper all over the floor and other garbage! Were seated and had to wait 15+ min. to get greeted by our server! She finally took our drink order, and after waiting all that time we were ready to order our food! After waiting 45 min. for our order, we asked to see a manager! She was not only unprofessional she was a little rude for our standards! She finally after almost an hour brought our food out to us, the bacon was raw, and the ham that was supposed to be sugar cured was salty as h.e. double hockey stick! The hashbrown casserole had a very funky flavor! Aftershe took our bacon back to finish cooking it she disappeared purposely! This was actually one of the worst experiences we have ever had! Will never give this place another chance to rip us off!
