Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The food and service were excellent. I also enjoy shopping at the store.

Waitress was nice and friendly took a while to get our drinks. She had just started her shift. I was disappointed the coffee was like water. I don’t mind paying for coffee but the coffee was extremely watery. Next time I’ll bring in my own coffee, my Starbucks coffee cup. Kid-friendliness: Waitress was nice and friendly. She was running late we waited a while for our drinks. The coffee was extremely watery. Next time I will bring my own Starbucks coffee.

Where do I start? Well, food was at 12 pm, so lunch, and we ordered breakfast and everything was cool so sat for a min and yes they were busy but it was cause they don't clean tables I was sat at the big round table that seats 8 t0 10 people and it was just two of us and prob 10 tables or more appropriate 2 party size so that's that but yes gravy was hot but pan cakes cool, eggs warm grits hot biscuit warm and kicker pan cakes where we was only allowed 1 syrup and any more was charged for them so I'm the type I like syrup 2 or 3 plus I need more then that I don't know my number for syrup nor have I counted my normal need, anyways seats are wood flat potatoes smasher . Service was run ragged, so I need help at this location, but I'm not coming back, and if I was you guys a 30 min wait for what we got I rather drive 30mins to the next one and get better food service and not charged for couple of syrup.

Cracker Barrel is pretty busy for breakfast especially Sunday when I was there. I still received seating and food in a timely manner. Food was delicious! I dined in, service always excellent. Pricing reasonable. I love the store. So many beautiful things to chose from and I love the older candies you can’t find anywhere else!.

Food was fair but our server was awful. Luckily Jesse stepped in and took care of us but the overall dining experience was sub par. We had dined there the Saturday before and had a wonderful server, Ann. Hard to believe that less than a week later the experience could be so different. We used to love Cracker Barrel but it's no longer our go to place.
