Waited over 45 minutes for food after ordering. This is the second time. We are a group of Afro-American ladies that went after church services.
God that blackberry jelly makes me queef
My meal and service was very good. I had not been to Cracker Barrel in Lima, Ohio due to poor service and my meal was very late.
We stopped in our RV to spend the night on our way North from Florida. We are so very thankful for Cracker Barrel’s hospitality to RV travelers. We arrived just ahead of the supper crowd, so we got seated right away. However the food was dry and barely warm which was definitely not up to the typical Cracker Barrel standards. I’m hoping this was just a bad night/cooking staff.
Horrible service. Took them 30 minutes to even take our drink order. We had to get a manage before we could even place our food order. Waited another 45 minutes for our food and the biscuits came out doughy. Worst experience i have ever had. Never eating here again.
Food and service was amazing but the retail person Casey i think was horrible. She took like 10 minutes to finish one person. She never stopped talking. The other retail person helped like 5 people and she was still on the first person. She also kept asking which church I went to and told me to go to the church she goes too. I don’t think someone should do that. This happened on Saturday. I felt so bad for the other retail worker.
A typical Cracker Barrel. Food and service were good, no complaints or anything out of the ordinary. A nice experience.
Visited a couple days ago and had Kennedy as our server, who was fantastic! The food (broccoli cheddar chicken with fried apples) is delicious! Only complaint is they only serve it one day a week! Found lots of wonderful things in the gift shop. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
