Viewing food as an artform, Chef Cory Oppold and his culinary team at COURSE take you on a food exploration through an explosion of both your taste and visual senses, using seasonality of products and a progression of flavor. A Chef tasting prix fixe, tasting menu will be offered Friday and Saturday and a 5-course, prix fixe, 'choice of' menu Tuesday through Thursday. Rotating special menus are available on Sundays. David Sanders leads the beverage program which offers a wine pairing, sophisticated drinks incorporating foods used in the kitchen, as well as an extensive wine bottle list. More than a meal.
