Costa Coffee

The prepackaged food was fine but unfortunately it was served on a dirty plate. The coconut milk in the coffee tasted off and the spoon it came with was dirty. The staff were grumpy and it didn't look like their uniform was washed. The empty tables were sticky and had crumbs on them, I would understand this if it was after a lunch rush but it was about 10 on a Tuesday morning. Won't be going back. The costa in the seacroft centre also appears dirty.

Great service from the staff who work under busy conditions. I notice that there is a high staff turnover though which over recent months affected whether they were open or not. This has been noted by many customers. There is only one lady who is always there and dedicated. Please sort out your staffing problems as nobody appears to stay for very long apart from that one lady who appears dedicated. I hope you give her recognition too for working so hard.

Just love this place. Staff are great. We always have a laugh with them. I have seen the shop really busy at times and the staff always have a smile for the customer's. They even know our order without even saying it. Yes, we are often regularly in the shop.

Never any ice for drinks, how can you run out of ice when you next-door to tesco, come on use your head
