When I have day off all the time I visit that place .Never I have any problems !!! Laura is all the time there to help the service and she is so friendly with evry body.

Shame the regular staff weren't in. Usually the service is great. Today, cakes were stale - couldn't bite into them or cut with knife. Staff tried to tell me they're supposed to be like that. Had to ask for spoons for drinks. No napkins provided. Milk used for coffee must have been dodgy as upset my stomach within an hour. V disappointed

Manager on duty at the time of our visit was extremely rude to an older gentlemen, when this issue was raised to team at the time it was pushed aside. Overall terrible management and re-training required of all team.

Best service I've ever had at a coffee shop. Wish I'd gotten the name of the gentleman who served us. Anyway, great drinks and a good atmosphere. Plenty of seats and plenty warm too. Drinks were made in a timely manner and tasted great. Nothing to complain about. Good experience all round. Dietary restrictions: They have multiple dairy free milks available, and some vegetarian snack options. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of drinks for children either from the chilled fridge or things like smaller hot chocolates. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible door and plenty of space to maneuver. Accessible bathroom at the rear.

Served by Laura, cannot rate her enough, kind, courteous, polite, very very efficient and put the blokes in there place while they made the drinks, made our day.
