Reviewing on behalf of my Sister Elizabeth Wells, who after a rather traumatic examination, went into Costa for comfort and sustenance. She was overwhelmed by the kindness and care shown to her by the staff on duty yesterday afternoon, she was upset she couldn't tip the lovely wee girl who looked after her Royally. So well done Costa, and thank you from me too XXX
Biggest issue is opening time. 8am most are already read a paper and coffee start day early would be much better
My Husband was admitted to the hospital on Friday the 9th September and it was a stressful day not helped by issues with my mobile phone. The manager Jordan was amazing helped with charging issues ect he definitely went out of his way to do everything he could to help me. Thanks Jordan it was greatly appreciate Carol Scotland
