Had a few bad coffess and cappuccinos from here.That said. One of the best Costa Coffee ☕ (especially in hospital) that I had been in. Visit regularly. The 1st Costa I stepped into after months of boycotting.This branch reminded me of all the reasons I use to be in Costa Coffee nearly everyday for almost 30 years. Very clean, comfortable, coffees improved (better trained) staff extremely helpful. Would recommend. Better than many other Costa in hospitals. Reasonable prices.

Damn, this Costa shop at a hospital is too good to be true, I guess another franchise like Greggs is ideal. Great service!
Lazy and unfriendly staff who can not make a simple chai latte also waiting for 15 to 20min and closing early WHY!!!?.
Deceitful. Ordered a large americano. Saw the barista fill my cup with hot water, a shot of espresso, followed by another shot and more hot water? This is not what you expect when you order a coffee, absolutely disgraceful. You pay more to get a large and you don’t get more coffee, rather you get more watery „coffee“.
Staff seem fine, and environment is pleasant but stock control inadequate so went without. Unfortunate for people who work here who have to use it.
Every time I come down for luch. 20 mins out of my 30 mins lunch break I spent on a queue. It happens always. Owner should take responsibility and their current process is so slow, plenty of staff but needs to prioritise whats needs ro be done. its unfair for healthcare staff who have few mins for their lunch break, . Seems no chance for improvement so better just bring food at work in future. I dont normally leave bad review but this needs to change at all as other costa in other hospitals are very quick and efficient - owner should take responsibility.
The queue was really long. Service was horrendously slow. Staff don’t seem to know there own products.
