I was visiting my relatives in the hospital, and I have to say it was the friendliest, cleanest Costa I’ve been in. The drinks were lovely and I was particularly impressed how polite and well spoken the young boy making the coffees was. he wished me a good day, showed me to the sugar stand and personally brought over my carrot cake slice. I even asked for his name- which was Charlie. I was extremely impressed with my experience- one of the best costa’s!

Worse Costa ever. I love Costa but this one is BAD. Coffee cold and wrong. Staff very RUDE. Basildon hospital main entrance
