Love my local Costa Coffee shop

Baristas are nice, coffee and food are good, but this shop is always short of staff, so they don't have time to clear and clean tables. We had to clear our own table. Next time I'll take photos, because the management should do something about it, would be a shame not to.

Amazing vegan cakes and especially the tiffin and cheesecake. Very pleasant staff and really friendly and chatty. Would definitely visit again.

Like it very much..... Plus it was really nice to see some of the staff from the old king street Costa ,now sadly closed .

Very good Costa with all the usual options that Costa do, but the tables were not being cleared or cleaned and the whole place seemed a bit dirty.

This is our local Costa and we are regulars. The service is very pleasant but the building is a bit unloved and needs some care and attention in some places. The staff especially the management are very welcoming and we use almost daily because of that. If you are shopping in Quarry Wood go because it is nice and we wouldn't want to see it be closed. As far as an update today goes the same applies. One of the sinks in the toilets hasn't worked for 3 months now there is water damage in the ceiling to the right of the rear of the cafe and that is down to your maintenance crews rather than the staff. A weekend refurb is in order.
