Cosmic Bird is Louisville's premier vegan chick'n restaurant. With our signature FAUXLTRY (seitan) our sandwiches are out of this world. We offer chick'n sandwiches and spectacular burgers. Our weekend specials are always unique and delicious. Sushi Sunday's start at 1pm to sold-out. Chef James was a sushi chef for almost a decade. We often sell out by 6pm. We have a great patio for everyone, including pets. We often team up with our favorite animal sanctuary Butterfly Valley Rescue & Sanctuary who bring some of their rescues to hang with us. As we grow we'll showcase local artists ( music, visual, and performance). Looking forward to feeding you, see you in our "SPACE!!".
