Inspired by Grandpa Cordy's prodigious appetite, this dish is served on two platters - one for a bed of linguine heaped with fresh scallops, mussels, clams, and shrimp sauteed in your choice of red or white sauce. The other bearing a junior cut of prime rib simmered, Milanese style, in an oil and garlic sauce. Also available without the prime rib, for a less renowned appetite.
