Double IPA (8% ABV) Unlike the couple in the Flight of the Conchords episode from which this beer is named, the New Zealand and Australian hops of Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, and Galaxy blend together perfectly to balance the malt profile of this Double IPA. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Roundabout Brewery.

Hazy IPA (6.5% ABV) Right on time, you will arrive, by keepin’ the dream alive. We’re keeping the Van Hazen dream alive and well here at Corridor with hops like Chinook, Nectaron, and Simcoe. Grungeist on the hot side gives a callback to Van Hazen I. Notes of dank resin, pineapple, and citrus give a juice explosion to the soft mouthfeel. Have a few and ask your friends, “Oh, you drank that too?”

Vienna Lager (5% ABV) From dibs on parking spots in the snow, die hard sports fans, and tribalism over our pizza and hot dogs, in Chicago, we do things our way. Sometimes other people also get it right, and I’d say Bavaria is up there with beer. This deep copper lager has delicious dry notes of caramel, toasted nuts, and fresh bread.

Pub Ale (4.3% ABV) All the way from the deep green sea, British ingredients make your mouth feel just like heaven. A lullaby of hops and malt make you feel like writing a lovesong. Maybe on a Friday? Alright, enough references. Made with all East Kent Golding hops, this beer has notes of honey, citrus, and lavender. The bitterness is complimented by a malty backbone from Kent’s fellow Englishmen, Marris Otter Pale malts. Cannot confirm or deny the presence of Robert Smith’s tears.

Bock Lager (6.66% ABV) The deed is done, and once again, Music Bock of Horrors rises from the grave! This German Bock has notes of toasted nuttiness and soft caramel flavors, while remaining a smooth and clean lager. This spooky 6.66% Bock will also be available in cans here, and at the Music Box for their Music Box of Horrors festival.

Hazy IPA (7%) Get ready, Disco Grandpa is about to dance all over your taste buds. Citra, Mosaic, Sabro and Nectaron hops are used to bring out as many tropical and citrus flavors as possible without lending any bitterness. A sweet bouquet of tropical aromas leads to dominant flavors of papaya, mango, lychee and orange with subtle notes of pineapple and passionfruit. Full bodied with a smooth finish, it’s like drinking a carbonated glass of fruit juice. Dance on, Disco Grandpa!

Helles Lager (5%) What are things that you like? ‘Little Green Ghouls, Buddy!’ What? Ohhh, you must be talking about our new Helles Lager. This easy drinking bad boy has a full-bodied mouthfeel, pleasant floral aromas, and flavors of sweet barley, fresh barnyard, and a hint of biscuit. It’s sure to satisfy any pallet and pairs great with our pub food. Always remember, if you’re going out in public, cover up them knees. Disclaimer: This beer is not a ghost!

Hazy IPA (7.0% ABV) In the distant future, the galaxy is divided into three warring factions: Citra, Mosaic, and the Nectaron. Their battles for territory have torn a rift in space-time itself and could bring the entire galaxy to an end! Our only hope is to send our brewer, the chosen one, through the rift back in time to create the perfect brew! With the combined trio of Citral, Mosaic, and Nectaron hops, can our brewer wield this magnificent power for the good of all humankind? Wish our traveler well as he boards his trusty ship, the Cosmic Juicebox, to battle against the odds and unite the galaxy once and for all!
