Bacon a bit not so bacony, tasted cheap, other than that a nice visit, well looked after, value for money and very filling, would enjoy another visit.

The food there was very nice the breakfast was brilliant and the staff were lovely too I will come back again

I have never had a bacon sandwich that was that expensive and salty, I couldn't eat it because of the saltiness. Also for the price why wasn't it in a nice bread bun? rather than normal bread. Your cafe was lovely and very clean, I appreciate cost but please rethink about where you buy your bacon from, I could have gone to proudfoots but I chose to come to you!

Today as we waiting for my friends daughter to finish school, we opted to try CHCL to kill and hour of waiting time. I had some lovely home made Ginger Cheese Cake (was delicious and outstanding, it looked yummy and tasted yummier) and my friend had Mars Brownie and a cup of tea, I can assure you it was outstanding, my friend loved it! , every thing was fabulous service was excellent very attentive to our needs, with great smile as well. Thank you very much ladies , we will be back

Looked promising but was closed 25min early. Too bad and not a good image, is it?

Lovely place, very clean and tidy and excellent service. We both had a breakfast and the eggs were really golden and delicious. Our dog was also made to feel very welcome, with a bowl of sausage slices.

Enjoyed a vegetarian breakfast. Well cooked. Good price. Vegetarian options: Tomatoes, eggs , vegetarian patties no sausage. Hash browns. 1 slice of toast. Mushrooms . Tea or coffee. Baked beans.

We wanted to surprise a colleague with an afternoon tea at school as she is emigrating to Dubai. The request was too much trouble for a well known provider/competitor. The ladies at the Corner House were friendly, efficient, professional and the afternoon teas were very good value for money with beautifully prepress fresh produce and one of the guests commented that they had never had fresher sandwiches.

Had some lovely takeaway scrambled egg made for me to take to my mum In hospital, life saver , she loved it! , flat white was fabulous too . Thank you ladies , will be back when mums recovered she wants to say thanks
