Our dining is now Open! Our founder Don Pelts envisioned a BBQ joint that served authentic Memphis BBQ in a laid-back setting. In 1984, he found the perfect location, and the rest is Memphis history. The Pelts family lives and breathes Corky’s. That dedication resonates in each rack of ribs we take off the pit and every pork shoulder we pull. We just want you and your family to enjoy our life’s work. All our meats are slow-cooked the old-fashioned way over hickory and charcoal.
